How to Delete an Actum Portal User’s Account
If an authorized contact calls or emails about another authorized contact leaving their business, it is advisable to delete the Actum Portal account for this individual. In some cases, it may be advisable to delete the account if a new authorized contact declines to proceed with the sign up process.
This entry provides step-by-step instructions on how to properly proceed with this scenario.
1. Log in to the Actum Portal at https://merchant.actumprocessing.com. Refer to the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): How to Use via Actum Portal section for further login instructions.
2. Click on the username on the upper right side and select Manage Users.
3. On the User Management page, select the Contact Email address.
4. Click Deactivate User.
5. Select OK to finalize the deletion/deactivation of the user’s Actum Portal account.
